Welcome and thank you for visiting my page.

My name is Mariano Llanos, and I have dedicated more than 36 years of my life to padel as a player, coach, and educator.

Throughout this journey, I have had the opportunity to compete at the highest level, work with players from different countries, collaborate with clubs, academies, and federations, and continue learning every day from a sport that has been a fundamental part of my life.

Today, my work is focused on supporting clubs and federations in their development process, while helping players and coaches grow in a deeper way, not only through their sporting skills, but also through areas such as decision-making, confidence, communication, and personal growth.

I firmly believe that behind every player there is a person, and that understanding the person is an essential part of developing the player.
